Hi, welcome to The Teenage Focus, an online arts-outlet for teens across the globe. At TTF, the youth of the world can participate in photography, music, dance and art contests to challenge their intellect and give them a chance for their work to be seen in a public place. As a disclaimer, the site is not a chat-site or a self-help/advice website. It is merely for the teenage boy or girl to extend their love of the arts.

Photography Contest is Official! (So is Music! Kind of!)

It's official! Thanks to this website, the photography contest is up and running, as well as on another site to attract more teens. I also submitted a link to the music contest, but it hasn't been put up yet! Hopefully someone will see all the links and apply to be a judge! We need these contests up and running!

New Beginnings

Extra! Extra! Read All About It!

Yes, it's true. The Editor of TTF has a "blog"--or, in this case, an Idea Log to keep up with the ideas and to generate specific feedback. For general feedback, there is now a guestbook.

HELP WANTED

Unfortunately, the editor of this site can't run it on their own, so what do they need? Help! What kind of help?

Let's take a look:

NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

1. Jugdes (1 to 3 for each area)

-The contests are a big part of this site, and there need to be judges who are talented in specific art areas to set up contests and judge them.

2. Director of Functions (1)

-Due to the limited creativness of the editor's mind, there needs to be someone who can provide a fresh perspective on what new things TTF should do--other than contests.

This weeks inspiring word is from Mark Twain.

This message has a lot of meaning for me. As a teenager myself, I find that a lot of people my age tend to think that everyone should do everything for them. There is nothing that can be so frustrating! I truly believe that the more you work towards making a living for yourself, the happier you'll be.
